INFORMATION FOR COORDINATORS
SUMMARY OF THE VISION OF SUPERFEST
1. To impact ministers through teachings, workshops, films & hand laying anointing service – for uncommon achievements in these last days.
2. To teach & educate church workers on faithfulness & loyalty to the ministers they are called to serve.
3. To give aid to serious missionaries serving in remote places.
GOALS FOR A COORDINATOR
Introduction: It is important for the state coordinator to know the 3 (three) cardinal goal which they should work towards:-
1. To mobilize Pastors and Church workers in different churches to register and attend Superfest 2009. Minimum of 200 contingents are expected from each state.
2. To register eligible (Qualified missionaries for the Missionary aid we intend to give out during Superfest).
3. To see that the transport committee in his jurisdiction is responsible for the journey to and fro the Superfest.
Work Schedule of a coordinator
1. He supervises the activities of the State, City and Local Government Committees for Superfest in his State.
2. He visits Christian organizations and gathering of ministers to share the vision of Superfest 2009.
3. He calls ministers to meetings for planning towards the success of Superfest 2009.
4. He visits some of the meetings holding at different levels.
5. He ensures the effective distribution of the fliers, forms and other Superfest materials.
6. He keeps regular contact with Superfest office in Lagos. (City of Peace, ABUNDANT LIFE GOSPEL CHURCH HQ (69, IJU ROAD, AGEGE – LAGOS.) 08059015226, 08033204308, 07029357620.
7. He organize the central planning meeting in his Region for July 13th and attends the Lagos central report and planning meeting on September 1st and at any other time his attention is needed. |
BENEFITS OF COORDINATORS
- All our coordinator from outside Lagos will be given free accommodation and feeding during Superfest.
- Free transportation to one pre – Superfest regional meeting of coordinators in July 13th in the North, West, South and Eastern Nigeria. The venue will be conveyed to you.
- Free transportation to one pre-Superfest coordinators meeting to hold in September at the City of Peace. Abundant Life Gospel Headquarters in September, 1st 2009.
- It is important to note that Superfest is being sponsored by Abundant Life Church Headquarters and individuals who love the Gospel of Jesus Christ. However, state Coordinators can make personal request for materials or any other form of assistance that will make them work effectively in their state.
SOME QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ON
SUPERFEST 2009
1) What is Superfest 2009 – A gathering of Ministers, Church Workers, Church Members for a conference from all the states of Nigeria and many countries of the world including, the U.S.A, Ghana, etc.
2) Who are Expected? Pastors, Evangelists, Bishops, General Overseers, Missionaries, Church Workers, Church Members, Professionals, Business Men and Women from all over the world.
3) Number Restrictions: (a) We expect 200 pastor from every state, number of church workers from each church to be mentioned in the registration forms filled by pastors. (b) State coordinator expected to pick recommended two most qualified missionaries for this year’s missionary aid such mission aries should come to Superfest after central planning committees have approved them. They are expected to come with at least seven members of their team.
4) Date – Friday Nov. 27th – Tuesday Dec. 1st

5) What To Expect – It will feature preaching, teachings, workshops that will repackage, remould and prepare us to manifest God in our various locations around the world. Workshops on Character Developments, Evangelism strategies straight forward secrets of success; How to enjoy serving the Lord, conquering your strongest, weaknesses etc.
The Holy Spirit is preparing his servants to give a Rhema (specific word for your specific self) at this conference.
Expect World renown speakers who have proven ministries and minister around the world. There will be interstate bible quiz competitions, state by state intercessions, Healings, Miracles, Praises and Worship and Workshops. Right from when you enter the premises of Peace Arena the Headquarter of Abundant Life Gospel Church, expect changes to begin in your life because the atmosphere will be charged with the presence of our God. |
6) What To Bring: Yourself your friends, some money to feed, and accommodate yourself, if the general accommodation provided will not be okay for you. Your writing materials etc.
7) Accommodation Opportunities: General free accommodations will be provided in dormetries, houses etc. but you may want to check yourself into a decent hotel around the City of Peace. Hotels listed below:
8) Transportations: There will be free transports services to and fro the general accommodations to the venue.
9) Feedings: - Everybody will be expected to bring some amount of money for feeding which will be subsidized by the organizers of the conference.
10) Your Hosts: The Abundant Life Gospel Church Headquarters and Kola Onaolapo World Outreach Ministries has been working hard since February this year to see that you are well hosted. Each state will have their own Protocol Team to welcome them to Lagos and their Hospitality Team to care for them through out their stay. This also will be done for all contigents from outside Nigeria.
11) Latest Superfest News:
(a) The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, Lagos State Executive has approved the cooperation and participation of all Pentecostal churches in Lagos State in Superfest.
(b) News keep reaching Superfest office in Lagos, that Superfest forms sent to states are not sufficient, as the demand by ministers and brethren is far higher than the maximum of 200 ministers that are requested to come from each state.
Securities: Security in Superfest is likely going to be the best in any recent such programme in Lagos State. First, the Lord has assured us of the presence of Innumerable number of angels. Secondly, multitude of plain clothe security officers will litter the premises and its environ.
Dos and don’ts of Superfest (a) There will be no begging at the premises of Superfest. (b) There will be no borrowings (c) There will be no purchase on credits. All state coordinators will ensure that their contigents come sanctified and ready to meet with the Lord.
