The total cost of this project is four hundred and fifty million Naira (#450,000,000) which is $3,750 Million (Three million, Seven hundred and fifty thousand U.S. Dollars.)

A Total of #64, 662, 606 (Sixty four million, six hundred and two thousand and six hundred six Naira) which is ($555, 552) Five hundred and fifty five thousand, five hundred fifty two U.S Dollars has been spent.

The next phase is starting in March 2008, this is the first Gallery phase. We expect to finish construction before August 2009.

Latest Cost Estimated Now : Seven Hundred and Fifty Million Naira. (#750,000, 000.000)

Total Money spent thus far on the project is (One Hundred and sixty million Naira (N160,000,000.000)
